one forum member - cunningr, by their own admission, went off-topic, then descended into angry small-talk. Then another forum member criticised him as well. I tried to be conciliatory, avoid personal attacks, and just ask participants to re-focus on the thread topic.

It is a discussion of a particular McIntosh speaker and regardless of the subject matter (no affiliation) being on the evil auction site, there is no discussion of value.
Rich, I noticed I can't edit the profile information next to my name (where there is a "period") .....where yours has "Don't drive angry".....is there something amiss?hello,I have ended up with a subwoofer that has only one input.I have a pre amp with two pre-outs and my former sub had two line in connections with I ran to the pre out 2.The new sub only has one input.It has the Line Levels but my two power amps are bridged so each amp drives one speaker.Will the high level connection(speaker wire) work like this?Help! I need to locate 2 bass drivers for a pair of Electro-Voice Interface D 3’s. Mine were destroyed in a flood so I have no frame to recone. I don’t now how to navigate your sight. I googled for info on the RDL HR-DSX4 and found your posts.
Never got a reply from RDL about how quick the switching is (if there's latency when you switch - or switching noise, for that matter),
whether the feeds remain bit-transparent (output identical to input),
and if the HR-DSX4 applies sample rate conversion if the sources are different Fs.
Any help with these would be much appreciated.
