Sony STR4800 SD - No Sounds

Hi everyone. I recently I sold and shipped out a Sony STR4800 SD to someone and when it showed up, they are unable to get any sound out of it. Normally I'd question user error but they sent me a video and for some reason, only the tuning needle and stereo lights are lighting up. There's no green backlighting.

It was 100% working when I sent it out so I'm thinking UPS dropped it off the back of the truck or something like that. Buyer says there's not even static coming out of the speakers in any mode. Would anyone be able to help me figure out if there's a simple fix before I have them ship it back?

Unfortunately it's not just a fuse that got knocked loose or something.

That's the plan if it's not just a simple "Oh this thing came undone and needs to be plugged back in."

Tell the buyer to make sure that the speaker switch(s) is turned on and the tape monitor is turned off. It has happened.
