German Made Ess Heil

Got an opportunity to pick these up. They look a lot like the DCM TF series, but are made in Germany by ESS Heil. Don't know if there is a Heil AMT in it or not, but can barely see one driver through the sock in the pic.

Does anybody perchance know about these? Should I snag them? What are they worth?

Yes, they are worth a look. They are very good speakers.

I've heard U.S. made ESS speakers and they are very good. I don't know about those.
