Issues with Audiokarma access!

When it happens, like minutes ago again, I have to restart the computer in order to get back on track because the problem blocks any FF activity. This sucks.

No issues for me.
I think the last time people had problems, it was after a browser update.

I'm not having issues here using FF W10.

Have you tried using a different browser?

In the past when issues with AK and not noticing it on other sites. Checked for updates and cleaned up computer junk. Once it was only using FF, other browsers work fine. Waited a day if that long for FF to update or fix what the issue was.

I know just how frustrating issues with the computer/internet can be.

However, I just found out that if AK does not work anymore, and I switch over for a moment to another website, Ebay for example, and then instantly return to AK again, the access to it is possible anew for some time. Strange thing.

Using Chrome browser here - no problems, I use 'Brave' browser on my phone though, as Chrome is just too resource hungry.

You guys are all really lucky. I've spent the last 2-3 months unable to register for AudioKarma, because the registration captcha was stuck loading, (as was the contact us captcha) and no amount of clearing the cache or changing browsers made any difference. I finally worked out what the issue was yesterday. My DNS severs are provided by Cloudflare and the AK captcha is provided by Solvemedia. Cloudflare thinks that Solvemedia is dodgy, so they block them. It just goes to show that there are so many factors and every single one of them can cause a problem, lol. Technology eh?

Not meant as any kind of an insult,
But I don't see any slowdown here.
I'm on a FIOS fiber link, and the router feeds a wired Cat5 network I share with Emma - not wifi.
I'm using Chrome in Mojave on a 2009 MacPro (an old machine, not the fastest tech in the stack).
I'm not running any Ad blockers or anything like that - I currently have 7 browser windows open, and about 4-5 apps running at a given time.
I reboot maybe twice a week.

Do you have an older computer, maybe a slow internet provider, or possibly some kind of background activity?
Did you try a different browser than Firefox?

This website currently works like sh*t. It is so horribly slow. I fear to lose my patience.
It's been slow for me since December. Sometimes it will move along normally for a short while, then it bogs down again. Every other site works normally.
FWIW I'm mostly using my phone nowadays.

I've resigned myself to just living with it.
