I built a similar HV plasma arc using a flyback from a CRT monitor once...

Mine doesn't play music though, just looks cool :thmbsp:

Man, I had'nt seen anything about those in, what, twenty years?
It was an American company that came and went, (If I recall correctly.)

I believe there was (Is?) a German company that makes plasma tweeters.
Magna---something.

Anyone else have more/better info?

Looks like it might put off a bit too much EMF for my liking could be carcinogenic but I would like to hear the quality
