This has been on there for a while. First noticed it about a week ago.

It has been there for about a month, they keep relisting.
I wish merrylander would knab it and fix her up. I would buy it, but everyhing I buy that says "used to work, now nothing comes on" has always had problems I wasn't able to fix in a few hours. It took me several days to track down a problem with my sansui g-3000.
Just not worth it.
However, i believe merrylander could fix her up in 30 minutes or so.

Find me a source for the pre-driver thick film hybrids and I'll flood AK with CR-n40s, other than the CR-2040 that is. A non working CR-n40 may only need power amp hybrids and those I can find, but not the other module.

It is not necessarily the pre-driver that is dead but the only way to be certain is to go inside with a DMM. By that time you have bought the unit and may or may not have a nice large doorstop. Hardly worth the gamble.
