2285B Mystery parts?

OK< I have a Marantz 2285B on my bench now; I got the amps straightened out and bias set correctly. I was recapping the P200 board when I run across some extra parts that someone has installed, and not sure if I should leave them in there, or take them back out and put it the way it was originally. Nor do I understand why they are there in the first place? Q213 has an extra resistor between C305 & Q213. And C201 has an xtra cap & resistor that looks to be in series with it. And lastly Q302 has a resistor added to it. I attached some pics to see what is going on here also. And the left channel on the FM radio is out and not working. The right side of the FM does work. All other inputs have both channels operating. I need advice how I should proceed with this board. In the meantime, I'm going to rebuild the power supply board, and the pre/tone amp boards, and make sure all switches and pots are clean.mp1p.jpg

My advice is never mess with Marantz kludges and revisions. The Silver B line is full of them. As for the lost channel first thing I'd do is replace these four transistors

Hey thanks for the replies. I never knew this, it just looks so foreign, like someone else has been poking around in there. I checked all the switches, and cleaned them all and I did find a broken brittle wire on the pre/tone board and reconnected it, but it didn't help the left FM channel any. Other than this it's playing well now, and the bias is stable and looks great. I'll switch the transistors out this afternoon. It's been pretty crazy around here with all this snow and ice and colder than a you know what.
