DAC for spotify? and TV spdif to analog receiver?

ive been listening the **** out of spotify lately and really wish id had it much longer than a week or so now. its streaming quality for all of their music is so damn good compared to pandora! i have a hard time finding the same quality in HD tracks on youtube!

now... ive heard a DAC can still make it better. what would be the best DAC at the best price for spotifiy on iphone?

also, what would be a good inexpensive but worthwhile DAC to convert the spdif signal from my tv to analog stereo on my vsx-d1s?

I use my iPhone with Apple TV that utilizes AirPlay feature. It has digital out that you can then send to your DAC. Along the same vein as your listening, you might start with a Schiit DAC.
