Did any decent speakers come for Lloyd's?

Pawn shop I stopped in at had some vintage speakers that appeared to be from the late 60's. I was hoping they might be AR, Dynaco, Rectlinear or some other brand that I was aware of but turns out they were Lloyds. They were not hooked up so I did not hear them or see the drivers as they were on a shelf 10' off the ground. If anyone has heard of them being worthwhile I will go back to audition them.

The only thing amazing about Lloyds is most of the stuff you come across, still works, which is pretty amazing when you think about it.

But no, it is bottom of the barrel. It was when it was new and still is.

never rose above trashy rack systems. most of the stuff was 'all-in-one' stereos sold at places like Kresge's or early wal-mart.
