Information on Infinity ES 300 and their worth

Didn't find much online.

Have some near me locally. Surrounds look fine. Cabs are alittle beat up and some of the tabs for the grills are broken.

Speed is probably a good idea, the faster the better.

So, in short should I run to get these for 75-85$?

Not being an Infinity expert yet knowing that there is absolutely nothing for information about these on the internet, my guess would be that they are likely not worth anywhere near that much. My gut says pass, but only you can make that call. For close to a C-note, I'd have to say you could likely do better with your money. My advise would be to keep your money and keep looking and watching.

They look very similar to the es-103 model.

Decent speakers never happen in my town so at the very least I think they deserved to be listened to.

I'll post back with my finding incase someone else runs into a similar model.

I saw them in person, when I got home after seeing them the first time I thought I wrote the model number wrong, but when I went back the second time to test them it said ES-300.

Update:

I decided to buy them.

1) Speakers past cheap rack speakers never happen in my town, ever.

2) It's a speaker that has little info and if I can give some info for the next person that sees these that would be great.


It looks very similar to the Infinity ES-103
It looks like has recently been refoamed, including the passive radiator.
I haven't heard many speakers so my criticism probably isn't worth much.

I'll try to get some pictures up when I find my decent camera.
