For me that is very true. Don't shine the damn thing in my face that doesn't help. Then grab my hand and flashlight and yank it to the spot he needed it.
And now an LED and a magnet replace that 'job'.

I put batteries in an old Maglight the other day, wow, were flashlight terrible back then. To think, I was so impressed that that one little spot of light would reach a ways out.
 
I am not an Electrician or anything, but shouldn’t the screwdrivers be switched with each other? I would think the Phillips should go on the + and the flat should go on the - . You would think an inspector would have caught that. Although, if it’s 220 VAC they probably should have used two Phillips. Maybe I’m wrong. I’m sure they know what their doing.
