Yes it is the same as AT14S. This stylus will not fit, You will need an ATS13 or an ATS14 needle.

Thanks Gusten...how about this one or a link to your recommendation for this cart.

I also have an RS-1000EDT cart made by Shure that needs a stylus...I believe it came with an Shure RS-8T as the original. Don't know much about this cart...also what would be a Shure or AT equivalent for this cart these days?

Thanks!

Sorry this is also ATN13, so it will not fit. I have seen that Stereoneedles might have an ATS13 and Musonic UK might have an ATS14.

ATS13 stylus from this site will work. It is nice sharp elliptical nudie. Regarding ATS14 styluses not all are nude, some of those are bonded (I had 5, 2 of those were bonded). I would always chose nice elliptical nudie over bonded shibata or line contact (like one from AT125LC cart).

Thanks guys--this also looks interesting, it's across the pond though. 100% feedback-- What say you?

I just want to mention I bought one of these needles. It was an original ATS13 needle, so it was a real bargain.

Thanks gusten--just checked his listing, apparently he had 9 and there all sold now.

It's basically an M75E, so get an N75ED Type 2 stylus. An EVG equivalent should do.

Since the original M75E shows up in the 1968 Shure catalog, I'd guess the A-T equivalent would be roughly the AT95E. For lighter arms, maybe the AT92E. No A-T I know sounds like those old Shures, and that was by design.

The closest modern Shure cartridge is probably the M92E.

Thanks Walter...looks like an N75ED it is then. I'll order it tonight.

Ahh...the advantages of being in Croatia. I sent him a message to see if he will ship to the US...we'll see. Sure could use one...or two.

Thanks again...:thmbsp:

You welcome! I took 2 since it was combined package and the price is attractive for 0.2x0.7 nudie. If you got it, please inform us how it sounds in JVC body :music:.
