Kenwood KR-7400 Protection On after replacing resistor

After the simple 2-330 ohm resistor mod, my working KR-7400 no longer works! It does not come out of protection. I went through the amp board and found a couple of bad resistors and transistor, and my clumsy hands broke a leg of a transistor so I had to replace a matched pair, but it still won't come out of protection. I know that I'm doing this all bass-ackwards, but I thought I should check out the power supply board before doing anything else. I recapped the board. I checked the voltages, which are way off, then realized I'm on dim bulb. How can I check the voltages to confirm the board is OK? Or just assume it's good, keep it on dim bulb, and keep troubleshooting the amp board? Thanks.AK Kenwood KR7400 PS.png
