Marantz 4430 vs 4270, who reins supreme?

Im seeing a ton of misinformation about 4430 on the web but I'm wondering what the differences are?

And What's your pick?

Read the brochure about these two. Seems the 4300 was just the model above the 4270.

Seems the 4300 is the one to pick if you can’t go for the 4400 which gets spendy in fully restored condition.

Well a couple of awesome deals came up for both models and I ended up buying both and coincidentally very close to one another. So trying to decide which to keep and which to sell. I'll be picking them up end of the week. Quads seem to be a better value in today's market. I know they'll need a ton of work but much more accessible than trying to pickup a 2270.
