Missing Screws that hold the plastic lens on a Marantz 2270

I restored my old 4230 Quad that I purchased in 1975 ($500.) and really enjoy listening to my old vinyl collection again. So last week I purchased an old 2270 at a garage sale. It has potential. However, the previous owner replaced the fuse lamps with LEDs and lost the tiny screws that hold the plastic lens. I've looked at Ace HW and cannot find these tiny screws. I looked at the service manual but the part numbers don't help me much. I've joined Audiokarma to learn more about Marantz.
Does anyone know where I can find these or, what the dimensions are? I've tried english and metric #4, M3 but they don't fit.
Appreciate any help.

Hello again, I just tried a face plate screw and they fit! However, I need a Philips Flathead about 5mm in length.
