Partly Loosen foam on Boston Acoustics HD7

I have found an offer to buy boston acoustics hd7 at 70$ . One of the foam surrounds has is partly loosen.

  1. Is it easy to glue it back on?
  2. Do I need to detach the foam completely before glueing it back firmly?
  3. The cone is polymeric. Which adhesive would be ideal? will aleen's tacky glue work with this kind?

Any help would be appreciated,

Doesn't contact cement too violent to the foam or polymer cone material? It is difficult to find here aleen's glues but contact cement we have plenty.Is there a special kind? I was at store today and the seller offered me e-6000.

As for the speaker - the foam seems relatively fine , though I have no experience at all with such speakers. I pushed gently the cone all around and only about quarter of it was loose.
