So the problem I have is when the main outputs are connected it burns R161 220ohm resistor and R 164 220ohm resistor

Ok so I really need some help , I turned it on on DBT. Itsmoked R162 R164 D116 D136 Q1 Q3 Q136 , it makes no sense the DBT went dim and then it happened
