Pionner Qx-949 - How to adjust sound level indicator Front Panel?

I have the indicator of sound front panel, front L-R, and rear L-R has with volume 0, and there are some sound still goes. volume potentiometer is OK to GND, and to increase the volume, I still feel a loss of 10% right rear.
The volume is the same for all outputs (4) of analysis the oscilloscope.

Photo 2 - Volume by 50%, with lower R-R in the statement. http://imgur.com/a/EaPhs
There is some adjustment to be done?
I made the adjustment in energy power amplifier frame, but not anymore.
I need to adjust the Rear Right that is lower than the others and this little residue volume. I believe the three are higher than the Rear Right.

Thanks for the time and helps you to read this far and can help me.

I have one of these on the bench now, there are no adjustments for the "meter" display. The inputs to that circuit are four 150 Ohm resistors from the amplifier outputs and then a bunch of diodes forming bridges to feed the "meters". Resistor tolerance is all you have to play with. The circuit board where all of this circuitry resides is next to impossible to get to and would require lots of experimenting to get it right. I know I'm not going to mess with it, already have too much time in this one just to get it operational. I was missing most of the signals to the speaker outputs, found lots of bad feed-thrus on the speaker switch PCB, just like the Sansui QRX9001s(?). What a PITA.
