I need help completing my setup in my dining room, fairly small (fits a 10-seater table). The only thing that i have right now is a Dual 1218 turntable w/ B&O SP12 stylus (that I picked up as junk and I have yet to actually repair).
I've settled on the following choices for speakers and receiver and am hoping for opinions on the best combo possible for small space and small budget!
Speakers: Polk RT3 or Boston Acoustics HD5
Receiver: Kenwood KR3090 or Harman Kardon HK385i
(i'm not interested in getting an integrated amp..or pre/power amp due to space constraints, and wanting FM available)
Thanks!!!
(i have a complete other set up in my living room with a sansui AU6500 + thorens 160mk2 + B&W DM2MK2...but sadly, i find myself not using it as much now that i have toddler twins..and i feel like we spend SOO much time in the dining room that i think i should just put together a small setup there so i can actually enjoy my vinyls...)
