Recieved my darTZeel NHB-108 copy from China

That looks awesome! Which amplifiers are those? I see that you also have the A1 clone. I got 1 myself, curious how does is compare to those other beasts? :
Cheers mate, yep the T9.4 is a beast!
T9.4 master edition leads in regards to sound quality, control and power.

The D5 Pro BC version is a great sounding amplifier and soundstage and dynamics are superb.

The A1S surprised me, this little class A sounds magical, music sounds amazing and you want to keep on listening. Don't let that 20 Watts x 2 fool you, such a sweet sounding amp.

The preamplifier is the Cary Clone SLP90 with PSVANE Art Series tubes, again a brilliant soundstage and nice holographic sound.

Lastly we have Fosi ZD3 DAC with SX52B opamp, great little DAC and really impressed by it and fits nicely in the chain.

So the babies are here :)
But... one of the MONO BL9 (the left one) is quieter than the other. Or the right one is louder? Damn! It´s about 3db :yikes:

I contact the seller... :/

They look really cool and are pretty impressive on paper. Too bad about the gain mismatch. Have you heard back? I imagine shipping one back will be a pain.

What made you decide to take the plunge on these? Do you know someone who owns a pair?

I'm not in the market but I don't think I'm brave enough to take a chance like that.

No the reseller did not answer since 4 days...

the shop /seller is well known in some communities, the other is transaudio, but the transaudio looks so lame :/

So the seller answers that it is in my config... lol.

i search myself the difference on the 2 monos on PCB and found something:

After i disconnect J1 it is all fine... BUT... had i connect or disconnect J1?

And that is what the seller now wrote:

The reason may be here, please disconnect J2. J2 is only used for adjusting voltage. After TEST is OK, J2 will be disconnected We may not have disconnected when disconnecting J2.
Please disconnect J2
So, when you asked this question, I was very surprised. Because we have never made any mistakes on BL9. Because it is very perfect.
When I saw the J2 connection, I knew the problem must be here. J2 must be disconnected

but J1 was connected/disconnected and J2 on both circuit boards where connected ... now i am very confused

That is confusing. At least both amps have identical gain.

I'm a little surprised they went with a solder link as opposed to a jumper.

The tiny amount saved in hardware -header and jumper- is lost in the labor needed to add and remove the solder links.

But it is how they decided to make it and it sounds like everything is working correctly.

How do you like the amps?

That is the right quastion: is it NOW right and is it now sounding correct? J1 is actually disconnected and J2 is connected. But it is not clear after all from the sellers answer... i still waiting for his answer if J1 orJ2 is ment

Can you tell what they go to?
What inputs are you using?
