I didn't post a finished pic Saturday because I was busy eating some so this is from last night. I didn't have the celery salt the recipe called for and I forgot to add the tomato paste bit it is still mighty tasty. I think next time I'll cut the carrot chunks smaller. Beats the pants off the canned stuff from the supermarket.
