The wind is blowing this morning in the Wilds of Wyoming , in other words, just a normal day. We have precipitation forecasted in the coming week, but this year regardless of the forecast we stay high and dry! Maybe it's time to ditch the national weather service for my info, thought they have been the most reliable since my heavy fishing days
My goal today is simple , to drink more water. I'm always reluctant to stop whatever I'm doing to drink water. The distraction may change my directive , with 3 cats it's tough to stay on point. I'm easily distracted, I have of interests and have many interesting items in my home, think Adams family, lol. Also, being a high country boat fisherman much of my life here, you generally have to moderate how much you drink to stay hydrated, you can only carry so much water. I used to drink a lot of water in after I got home till I went to bed, that is no longer an option.
I've been thinking of buying a fishing boat this spring, at least 16' to be safe here. My first boat was a 17' Tuffy, with a 50 hp Mariner 2+2 , dropped 2 cylinders at low rpm. It was a great fishing boat , but not safe for family or Wyoming winds. Since I will be most like a fair weather fisherman, with 3 vertebrae out of place in my lower spine, the risk is too great to stay on the water in rough conditions. I feel at home on the water and miss it.
Be fearless in life but never forget that others are counting on you. I've got three cats, they count too so I have to stick around until they move on to greener pastures. I'm tougher than an old boot, and if my health issues of the past are any indication, nothing is going to stop me but old age. Have a great day and love is free to give, make someone's day better if you get the chance. A little love goes a long way, it's contagious. My love to you and yours, John
