Neither of the surround linked matches my record of the Vifa P13 dimensions very well. The flange OD is about the only number that is close.
This is my record of the Vifa P13 dims:
OD 4-13/16 122mm
ID 3-9/16 90.5mm
Roll OD 4-7/16 112.7mm
Roll ID 3-13/16 96.8mm
Formatting a copy/paste didn't work very well.
Here's the eyeball caliper measurements of my mid (red) vs the replacement.

As far as replacing rubber surrounds goes, I put new rubber surrounds on my KLH3 woofers as the originals cracked. Not a bad job, the cones are translucent polypropylene so cleaning off the old surround was both tedious and necessary. I used a thin coat of automotive trim adhesive to affix the rubber surround to the poly woofer, which worked very well. Did the same on my neighbor's Speakerlab woofers, and so far everything is holding up well on those as well. Hope this helps.

Sorry for disappearing, it didn't work out as "professional" as I would have liked.
The surround was rubber, the new surround fit perfectly BUT the mid cone is very thin/fragile and getting the old rubber off was destroying it.
I ended up just gluing the new surround to the trimmed rubber of the old. Kind of a dog's breakfast but to my ears the mids opened up a little, I still like my DQ-20s better.

Sorry. The surrounds I bought from this store were rubber and listed for the P13WH. They don't appear to have these any more. The foam surrounds I got from Rick Cobb. They were a close enough fit. I had to trim the outer edge. The T/S parameters I measured with the foam were almost exact matches for the spec sheet.
