heres some pics like i promised of my mcs 3125 huge receiver hope this gives you a ideal what it looks like. i need to go through it and clean it out and lube some parts besides that this thing sound crazy nice with power to spare. huge transformer and caps and built like a army tank. these guys knew what to do when they designed this monster from parts unknown ha ha :music: sounds clean powerful and bass hits like it should nothing lame about that.

Vintage fisher 801 4channel stereo receiver with remote

this must be from early to late 70's fisher 4 channel stereo receiver. the sound on this thing is amazing. tuner section crystal clear and the mainboard looks like a grid plant, boy they left no room for improvement right. it has a remote that allows you to press a single button and scan the next radio station must be one of the first ones that had this feature. it only needs the top thats missing. someone whos handy with wood and tools could make one for this in no time. oh and last but least the only issue i have with it is my tuner is stuck and need to be loosened up professionally i guess maybe some wd40 but with the remote im able to scan all stations pretty cool being so old i guess they were thinking ahead and not looking back . any comments will be appreciated and respond to thanks bolo2000 the receiver weighs around 35lbs

I'm not sure what exactly is stuck, but I would steer clear of using WD-40. It may do more harm than good. Hopefully, someone will be along who can help with the Fisher. Nice pics!
