It boggles my mind! Microsoft is one of the worst offenders- their operating systems suck until 3-4 service packs come out! Right now I'm favouring Vinylengine as my new home, cause no sane person should have to put up with the destruction of a once excellent site...

And in MS's case, it's been like that for over 30 years. Junk released then eventually somewhat patched. The best thing I did for my sanity was move to Apple once they started using UNIX under the hood. I've been primarily a BSD UNIX/LINUX user for a long time.

I played with Ubuntu for a while, and I really liked it! I use Windoze cause everyone else does (work), and it's cheap and easy... but Ubuntu was pretty sweet!
