Here is a new one at AK for ya. Every couple of days I bring up this threads to skim who's posting what without logging in since I'm only spending a few minutes. Still get the few posts on one page and a bunch on others. This week it show me logged in as another AK user....but as I've just mentioned, I'm not logged in. Here is a snippet of who I'm supposedly logged in as and it even changed Nutty's image. Was the speaker earlier this week and now it's the tire :rflmao:

Wow Zoot. That's an exact definition for a ****-show...both the colonoscopy and now this site.

I had my appointment today with the surgeon regarding my hernia. It turns that the ultrasound results aren't as conclusive for this area of the body due to the nature of all the different kind of fatty tissue in the area. So he gave me a physical exam. He felt no protrusion on my right side and a very small one on the left side. Both sides hurt after the exam which is the nature of the beast. What floored me is that he thinks that I'm not a candidate for surgery because he thinks the tears are ligament on the right side. The left side would benefit a little but at the end, I would still be living with the same level of pain that I'm currently experiencing after it healed plus adding possible risks of every surgery. He suggested anti inflammatory med and physio. I wont take the meds but will give physio a try. I'm stuck in limbo land, not better, not worse, my life on hold. I most likely won't be able to register for curling for the 2026/2027 season. I'm somewhat bummed.
