What parts needed for SL-1200 MK2 hinge and dustcover mounting?

I recently bought a used Technics SL-1200MK2. Everythings seems to work great, even though I suspect it may have been used for light DJ:ing because of the fact that the dust cover is missing. When researching what I need to buy in the form of hinges etc. to mount a new dust cover I found myself with a few unanswered questions.

What parts (or special tools) do I need for mounting a new dustcover? Do I need both a hinge socket and a pair of hinges or just the hinges? Is everything else like dampening included with these parts?

Is there anything non-obvious I need to do? I saw a mention on KAB that the MK3 hinges were easy to mount, which leads me to believe that the MK2 are considerably harder. It didn't say how though and I didn't find answers by searching.

Do a google search for Dust cover or how to install one and you will find plenty of answers
That is the first thing I tried. However that doesn't give me the answers I seek. For exemple I searched for "how to install technics sl-1200 mk2 dust cover" (without the "") and multiple variants with "mounting", "mount" etc. without results. The most common result is about 5 or so links to the "Technics SL-1200 FAQ" (all just mirrors of the same content in different forms and layouts) which doesn't say anything about it as far as I've seen.

I thinking I must be missing some specific term or something because I'm new to this. I use google fanatically for pretty much everything else I don't have answers to and it always tells me what I want. Not this time though.

EDIT: Oh. It seems changing mk2 to mkii did the trick. Just telling me that is the most common way to write it would have been much more useful than the common "search!" reply I got. :(

Scroll down you will see it on the left near the bottom of the page

Also this site too has many replacement parts for the MK2

Thanks. The KAB page seems to be loading decently fast again. :) When I tried it a week or so ago it would take literally minutes (on a 100Mbit connection that is :( ). What I don't get is how much the price differs on the hinges. Isn't all parts needed packaged together from technics (I assume it's original parts)? If not, does it mean that all the stores packaged them differently? For example I've seen the Hinge sockets sold separately. How would I know if they are included or not if I don't buy from KAB (I'm not from the US so they are not optimal for me)? Is there a specific part number?

Also, according to the following link the top metal plate in the image is the one that is used with the hinges. I originally thought it was the other way around since my used turntable already came with those installed. Is it possible to mount the hinges using these then without disassembly or has the silver metal plate behind it become unadjustable because there was nothing holding it in place?

I would email Kevin at KAB he will answer all these questions.
He may do international shipping too.
He is very knowledgeable and willing to help.

Yeah, he seems very knowledgeable but I don't want to ask him and then bot buy from him (pretty expensive it seems for some things). It just doesn't seem fair. :(

What do you guys think about that thing I wrote about the metal plate? I'm sure someone on this forum has taken their MK2 apart. :)

Thanks for your help so far. :D

EDIT: I guess if his Hinge kit actually includes 2 hinges unlike most other stores it's pretty decent (if the hinge socket is not normally included either, which I'm trying to find out). I think I might ask him about this then.
