I've come close to buying the Spec separates a few times. Now, with my space for gear soon to become much more limited, and with even better components "in the house", I doubt I'll ever get them (unless I move somewhere else with ample room for multiple systems and accumulate a lot more money to spend on gear and get re-bitten with the collecting bug...

)
But there are still two Pioneer components I'd love to get:
1.
An Exclusive P3a turntable. This is one of the few TTs that I believe might out-perform my GT-2000 sonically, and would definitely outshine it in terms of appearance. I've seen and heard one, and it really was a "dream" turntable, but it was outside my budget at the time. Since I already have the PL-L1 and PL-C590, there aren't any other Pioneer TTs I'd want.
2. Recently someone posted a pic of a "display unit" with meters and a 'scope. [EDIT: Thanks to xlbee's post below, I can add that this is the SD-1000 or SD- I100. Thanks, xlbee!] didn't know such a thing even existed, before the post. It had a classic silver-fronted look, and that scope was just COOL. I WANT ONE OF THOSE, too! :yes: But given the choice of only one, I'd pick the P3a, first.
