CR-800s are excellent, does the protection relay operate? If not you may have DC on the output, i.e., blown output transistor. Not sure but the SM may be on the AK database. Look for the output leads coming from the power amp board (on the heatsink) and see what you measure between them and the chassis, if over a couple of volts you have blown outputs.
