Welcome to Audiokarma
And congrats on the gear.

The switch is what it says.
You can control how high you would like your treble played.

Just play around with them to see how and what the difference is in listening.

Enjoy

Truly a fine coupling of receiver and speaker. I had the Imperial 6 for a good long while. Sold because I got tired of them sitting unloved. New owner was quite happy.

Hello and welcome to Audiokarma.org

The switch is meant to attenuate or boost the high frequencies. Just set it to where it sounds best to you. "Normal" is good.

Great first post with photos! Fellow 2235 owner here. Let us know what you think of the pairing with the 5’s.

Keep that treble boost off for Perry Farrell or your ears will bleed!
