A lot of people here talk about stuff they have found at Goodwill. I was driving by one and decided to stop in. There wasn't much to speak of, but I did notice some small spks with real wood cabinets. I looked closer and they were Minimus-1s for $7.99. I know the Minimus line has a bit of a following, and figured the original Minimus might be neat to have, they also remind me of the Optimus 1-Bs I had as my first stereo spks 33 years ago. I brought them home and hooked them up. I wasn't expecting them to sound very good, and really they don't. Not horrible, but nothing to right home about. A bit of a hollow, nasally sound with no bass and ok highs. But still kind of neat to have. Is there anything special about these spks other than being "the original"?
Thanks,
Brad
